A pick swap is the right to exchange draft positions with another team in a given year, taking the better of the two picks if yours turns out worse.
HoopSim has no pick swaps. A pick is traded outright or not at all, and no trade can carry a condition on where a pick lands. If you want the upside of another team's draft position, you trade for the pick itself, and the Stepien rule and three-year limit on future picks apply. Picks that change hands during a live draft go on the clock for their new owner right away.
